Hope's Door New Beginning Center (HDNBC) in Plano, TX is seeking a bilingual Shelter Case Manager to provide trauma-informed advocacy and survivor-centered case management to residents in the emergency shelter. You will manage an active caseload, conduct intakes and needs assessments, and develop individualized service plans while coordinating with partners to access safety, housing, legal support, and community resources.
