Training Analyst

HR Orientation/Training Analyst Irvine, CA (Oak Canyon) Human Resources | Manufacturing Operations IntePros is looking for a highly organized HR/Orientation Analyst, HR Technical Training to coordinate onboarding and technical training for our manufacturing teams. In this role, you'll help ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience while supporting training compliance, workforce readiness, and operational success in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate the site's New Hire Orientation (NHO) program, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and facilitation support. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver effective onboarding and training. Coordinate the transition from orientation to On-the-Job Training (OJT) and track employee training progress and qualifications. Maintain training assignments and records within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Develop and update training materials and presentations. Monitor training metrics and identify opportunities to improve onboarding, training effectiveness, and the overall learner experience. Support additional learning and development initiatives as needed. Experience Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Business, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience supporting training, onboarding, or learning programs in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus. JP1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
