Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing an engineering function in accordance with company policies priorities and budget constraints set forth by senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans engineering programs reviews design and method recommendations and ensures that engineering activities align with organizational strategy and objectives

• Collaborates and coordinates with business unit operating/technical teams to provide engineering services and project management support

• Implements effective engineering methods provides technical guidance and acts as a resource to engineers

• Ensures components materials and tools are used to capacity

• Coordinates and manages relationships with external vendors and service providers

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree preferred

• 7-10 years relevant experience required

• Experience leading capital projects infrastructure initiatives and cross-functional engineering programs preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
