Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities Support the refresh and ongoing maintenance of job architecture and salary band structures Develop and document career leveling frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency across roles Assist in creating and delivering compensation-related training materials and guides for internal stakeholders Analyze market compensation data and apply insights to support internal compensation philosophy and practices Partner with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide compensation guidance Contribute to recurring and adhoc compensation projects as needed Qualifications 2–3 years of compensation experience required Demonstrated experience building or supporting job architecture and career leveling frameworks Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders Strong understanding of market data analysis and application to compensation strategies Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills What We’re Looking For Ability to translate data into actionable insights Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders Independent worker who can manage multiple priorities Preferred Work Environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Comfortable supporting both structured programs and adhoc initiatives Pay: $40 to $50 per hour Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
