About the role The Associate Sales Finance Manager is the key finance partner for some of Reckitt’s Essential Home strategic customers/channels such as Hardware, Grocery, Target, etc. This role has full P&L ownership and is responsible for safeguarding and optimizing the earnings model, with a strong focus on ROI for all spending. As a strategic business partner to the National Sales Directors, the role collaborates closely on portfolio expansion, product pricing, and supports all major commercial initiatives and meetings. The role is critical to achieving annual growth targets, establishing a sustainable medium‑term earnings model, developing best‑in‑class finance capabilities, and ensuring trade compliance. Your responsibilities The Associate finance manager plays an essential role in delivering the finance planning, reporting, discipline & compliance for the channels, Planning, Analysis & Business Partnering Lead financial planning, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis in partnership with Commercial, Brand Finance, and FP&A teams. Ensure precision in pricing strategies, promotional investment controls, and ROI tracking. Drive planning cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) with complete ownership of channel P&Ls, including variance analysis and commentary. Support and challenge new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) initiatives from a financial viability and ROI standpoint. Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, harmonizing processes in line with the global Finance operating model. Month‑End Close & Controls Ensure timely and accurate month‑end submissions (Plan/Actuals/LV) in collaboration with local teams. Ensure full P&L accuracy, including cost of goods sold (COGS) allocations and gross margin reporting. Maintain compliance and discipline in financial processes, controls, and reporting standards. Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects Provide financial leadership on cross‑functional projects aimed at improving channel performance and long‑term sustainability. Contribute to the development of finance tools, processes, and practices that drive business excellence. The experience we’re looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in high growth environment, with accounting and reporting experience. Strong analytical skills, strong track record of delivering outstanding performance. Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining good quality of work and achieve deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Good understanding of systems/ERP, ideally SAP applications Data modelling to handle the complex data across regions and bring harmonisation in reporting. US pay transparency Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
