As we prepare to open our first Nashville hospital in March 2027, we're seeking medical Director who wants to build something meaningful from day one. This is an opportunity to shape the culture, mentor a growing team, establish medical standards, and create a hospital that becomes a trusted part of the community.

The Role

• Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care
• Lead by example in providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
• Support, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians and support staff
• Ensure consistency in medical standards and patient care
• Partner with hospital leadership to drive growth and operational excellence
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and the community
• Help create a hospital where both patients and team members thrive

Schedule Designed for Balance

• 4 clinical days per week
• Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
• Predictable rotating schedules
