Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes. + Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs. + Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery. + Coordinate care across disciplines, bringing together providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth and effective patient experience. + Guide discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
