What’s a typical day as Field Test Technician? You’ll be:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex diesel engine and electrical system issues
• Providing advanced technical support and problem resolution for field teams, channel partners, and customers
• Performing electrical diagnostics, including voltage, continuity, load, and ground circuit testing
• Troubleshooting wiring harnesses, sensors, ECMs, and engine control systems
• Analyzing diagnostic data and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve product issues
• Developing technical solutions and support documentation for recurring issues
• Supporting prototype and production-intent updates in the field
• Traveling within the U.S. and Canada as needed (approximately 10-20%)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an associate degree in Diesel Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field—or possess equivalent hands-on experience
• Bring strong diesel engine diagnostic experience, including electrical and aftertreatment systems
• Are skilled in electrical troubleshooting and interpreting wiring schematics
• Have experience with DTCs, ECMs, diagnostic software, and electronic control systems
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams and can learn proprietary diagnostic tools and applications
• (Preferred) Have experience supporting agricultural, construction, mining, power generation, heavy truck, or industrial equipment
• (Preferred) Possess OEM, dealer, or field service technician experience, or knowledge of BEV systems and high-voltage electrification technologies
• (Preferred) Are a recent Ag Tech, Diesel Tech, or Electrical Technology graduate with strong diagnostic training
