Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Professionals Wanted

McHosley Construction is looking for experienced Door-to-Door Canvassers and Sales Representatives to join our growing field sales team.

If you have experience with door-to-door sales, canvassing, lead generation, appointment setting, roofing, construction, home improvement, solar, pest control, telecommunications, or another field-based sales environment , we want to hear from you.

This is an active, in-person sales role where you will spend your day in local neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners, identifying potential opportunities, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

We’re looking for people who are already comfortable knocking doors, starting conversations, handling objections, and asking for the appointment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods

• Approach homeowners and start professional conversations

• Introduce McHosley Construction and its services

• Identify homeowners who may have a need for our services

• Ask qualifying questions and identify potential opportunities

• Handle common objections and keep conversations productive

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of activities and appointments

• Consistently work toward daily and weekly performance goals

• Represent McHosley Construction professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates have:

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience

• A proven background in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer acquisition

• Confidence approaching people and starting conversations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to handle rejection and objections professionally

• A competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset

• The ability to work independently in an outdoor field environment

• Reliability and consistent follow-through

• A strong work ethic and willingness to be accountable for results

Construction or home-improvement sales experience is a plus , but we will also consider experienced sales professionals from other industries.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity , with earnings tied to performance.

Potential annual earnings: $75,000–$150,000

Successful representatives are consistent, active in the field, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and focused on generating quality opportunities.
