Job Description As a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT, you will: Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Oversee preconstruction planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management. Coordinate with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups to ensure successful project delivery. Review project financials, change orders, cost forecasts, and reporting. Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT candidate will have: 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor. Proven track record managing projects ranging from $10M-$100M+. Experience delivering corporate interiors, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, or commercial projects. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Proficient in project management software, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
