About the role You will be responsible for successful value delivery and realization for the clients. This will require successful management and execution of o9 implementations leveraging a blend of strong management consulting capability, thought leadership in the planning space and client empathy. What you will do for us Customer Management Take ownership of client satisfaction and value delivery across multiple customer accounts Build long‑term relationships at executive and operational levels Resolve project issues including timeline, budget, and scope, by deep customer empathy and understanding of business priorities and constraints Anchor the steering committees with the client executives to resolve trade‑offs pertaining to the program, educate client about o9 offerings and how other customers are using the platform Ensure the program is staffed for success and bubble up key requirements and constraints to the portfolio leads Provide guidance, mentoring, feedback and coaching to the project team Accountable for the profit, margin and pricing for consulting services Oversee invoicing and credit terms for managed clients Provide financial/business planning monthly revenue forecast for the clients/portfolio Support client retention and subscription renewal by ensuring a delighted client Support expansion of the customer account for future opportunities Be an inspiring and trusted leader to all around you (clients, o9ers, partners), by the values you demonstrate and the knowledge you possess Sales Support Support new sales cycles by presenting the delivery methodology, principles, implementation approach and effort to the prospect Create SOWs for new programs Proactively highlight the staffing requirement for new cycles Cross functional collaboration Work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve any constraints (e.g., platform team for technical issues, product team for new capabilities, marketing team for specific customer events and press releases) What you will have Experience 3+ years of business consulting experience Expertise in the planning and digital transformation space (e.g., demand planning, assortment planning, supply planning, IBP, revenue management) Deep knowledge of the respective industry (e.g., Retail, Consumer product, Automotive, Semiconductor) 3+ years of experience managing complex technology deployment programs in an agile fashion (all aspects such as risk, mitigation, resources, budgets, invoices, milestones) Adept at building executive relationships and credibility anchored on trust and deep knowledge of the planning space Proficient in value impact analysis of processes, programs and technology deployments Education Bachelor’s degree in operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field of study Skills Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal & relationship building skills Culture Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment with flexibility to chart the path and continually improve the process Entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of constructively solving problems collaboratively with the team Match between you and o9 Benefits Competitive salary and benefits.
