Manufacturing Technician

Our client, an industry leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Engineering Lab. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $45/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Assist engineers during the development of new products to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Accurately assemble and test a variety of electronic hardware from prototypes through short-run production.
• Support projects developed by cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Perform final product testing in accordance with written procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following detailed process instructions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Technical training such as soldering, trade school, or OJT classes (preferred).
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings accurately.
• Proficiency with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and experience using a computer for data entry and research.
• Hands-on experience with assembly tools such as cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, pin insertion/removal tools, and torque tools.
