Typical responsibilities include: Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting support Mobility assistance and safe transfers (following care plans) Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment Meal preparation and hydration reminders Medication reminders (non-medical) and routine support Companionship, conversation, and engagement in daily activities Support for clients with Alzheimer’s/dementia care needs (when applicable) You’ll work primarily in clients’ homes across Spokane County, with schedules that can vary based on client needs and your availability.
