Responsibilities
Achieve service standards as set out for Treasures staff to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
Attend all relevant training and briefings.
Address and follow-up on customer service requests/issues on daily basis and assist with completion of service-related transactional orders &/or ad-hoc projects as assigned by Treasures Client Service Manager. Assist walk-in customers with their requests/transactions.
Identify customers’ financial needs and refer cross-selling opportunities for Treasures Relationship Managers and specialists to follow up.
Process and verify customers instructions for investments products (only applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
Offer information on investment products and services available to customers (only applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory.
Highly meticulous with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
Proficient PC skills (eg. Microsoft Office)
Selected candidate will need to be CMFAS certified as part of the role requirements.
Good understanding of financial and investment products.
