Senior PMP IT Project Manager

Leading modernization and security transformation projects, the full-time Senior PMP IT Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, while working in a hybrid or remote capacity. Key responsibilities Execute strategic initiatives to modernize identity lifecycles and implement Zero Trust architecture Establish operational rigor by defining program management best practices and ensuring alignment with long-term product strategy Manage large-scale migrations, including decommissioning legacy systems and overseeing project delivery from kickoff to closure Required qualifications Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID Experience designing and implementing IAM integrations and access controls Proven ability to lead and mentor technical engineering teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of identity security principles and enterprise authentication models
