Medical Assistant – Outpatient Clinic
Location: 2335 172nd St NE, Marysville, WA 98271
Position: Medical Assistant
Job Type: Allied / Contract
Duration: 8 Weeks

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 Hours/Week
• 8-hour shifts
• No on-call
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• Washington State MA Certification required
• Current/active required credentials
• Strong outpatient/clinical experience
  

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.
• Assist providers with routine clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and clinical supplies.
• Support patient flow and coordinate care within the outpatient clinic.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and clinic protocols.
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and healthcare staff.
• Perform other Medical Assistant duties as assigned.
