Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Service Manager role based in the Baltimore, MD Area. The HVAC Service Manager oversees day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and supervising field technicians for commercial HVAC maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls. The role includes reviewing work orders, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes, monitoring service quality, and resolving customer concerns in a timely, professional manner. The HVAC Service Manager collaborates with project and construction teams, supports energy-efficient and building automation initiatives, and helps optimize service contracts and preventive maintenance programs. Additional responsibilities include team coaching, performance feedback, documentation of service activities, and contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a licensed HVAC professional with excellent communication and management skills.
