The position requires the ability to work some weekends to support export needs. This position will report to the Shipping Export Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, export document preparation, and record maintenance.Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing office materialsAnswer internal and external calls, route messages, and respond to basic email inquiries as neededMaintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheetsSupport department workflows by preparing reports, scanning documents, and organizing digital filesAssist with mail and sample processing, copying, and other routine office tasksCollaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and administrative needs are fulfilledFollow established procedures and help identify opportunities to improve administrative processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAt least one year of clerical, administrative, or office support experience is preferredExport documentation experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceComfortable working with internal systems and databasesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilitiesDependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWork Environment & Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office environment.
