Mold and assemble products as required, including foaming and insert molding. Operate grinders to recycle plastic and mix materials according to instructions. Operate up to five automatic machines simultaneously. Work on an automated assembly line using powered hand tools. Perform timely visual quality inspections of molded products with 100% accuracy. Sort multi-shaped parts by hand. Perform utility, packaging, and staging duties as required. Use the first-piece sample to verify that the correct labels are being used. Use the packaging declaration to prepare boxes for packaging and shipping. Record rejects and other required information in the computerized production system. Follow and maintain lot-traceability procedures. Complete required paperwork, including check sheets and production documents. Complete required safety training and follow established safety practices and policies. Maintain production-rate efficiency of 100% or better. Maintain proficiency and certification in all assigned tasks and duties. Work overtime or an adjusted schedule on any shift, as required, with little or no notice. Maintain established 5S housekeeping and organizational standards. Follow all Adkev, Inc. policies, procedures, and instructions. Follow Adkev, Inc.’s attendance policy. Cross-train and maintain certification in other duties as directed by the Shift Leader, Cell Leader, or Plant Manager. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older.
