Regulatory Legal Assistant

Overview Are you an experienced legal assistant with a passion for environmental and regulatory law? This role offers the chance to work on impactful cases and support attorneys deeply involved in PUC, SOAH, TCEQ, Railroad commission and other contested agency matters. Responsibilities Handle travel, calendar, and expense coordination Draft, format, and redline complex legal documents Manage discovery processes and data rooms Coordinate client communications and confidential documentation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a legal assistant role (law firm preferred) Administrative law/litigation experience (PUC, SOAH, TCEQ, Railroad commission experience highly preferred) Strong technical skills in MS Word, redlining, TOC, styles Familiarity with iManage or similar DMS Experience with discovery, document prep, and proofreading Discretionary year-end bonus Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Job details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal and Administrative Industries: Legal Services and Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
