Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Overview We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager with our Ryder Last Mile team in Cleveland, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Compensation & Schedule Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 per year (exempt, paid twice per month) Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday 5:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (same Saturdays) Flexible schedule across various shifts required Responsibilities Manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety. Oversee performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations, operating the account to meet demands. Handle payroll, accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to assess account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management. Hold safety & security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
