KeHE is looking for Warehouse Full Case Selectors!

Schedules: Sunday, and three weekdays (4 x 10 hours shift)

Start Time: 7:00am (Sunday) - 10am (Weekdays)

Pay: $22.85 hourly Increased to $25.60 after 60 day!

Shift differential - after 6:00 pm get $1.00 more.

Work in temperature controlled environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)

Essential Functions:

• Full case order selection.
• Oversee and manage carrying, sorting, loading and unloading product.
• Track inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect product for defects or damage, document and report accordingly.
• Ensures that product is packed and secured properly.
• Will move product of various weight capacity and should be familiar with conducting appropriate safety measures within a freezer.
• Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Preserve a clean and safe working environment.
• May operate warehouse machines, such as a Electric Pallet Jack or Forklift.
• May be required to clean various areas of the warehouse.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

• Good organizational and mechanical skills
• Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as a scanning tool.
• Talent Inventory such as decision making, attention to detail, conceptual thinking

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous warehouse experience helpful but not required, training will be provided.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical strength required for lifting, moving and transporting materials of various weights.
• Strong endurance skills needed.
