Position Responsibilities: The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver's needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency Additionally, you’ll coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience Benefits: At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
