Technical Performance Marketer

Role Description

Ser el dueño de la salud del circuito de paid media de punta a punta: que los datos de adquisición sean íntegros, estén integrados y funcionen todos los días — desde que un anuncio genera un clic hasta que la conversión vuelve, se atribuye y se sube a Google/Meta. Combinas criterio de performance marketing con fluidez técnica: interrogas los datos por tu cuenta, entiendes el tracking a fondo, y automatizas lo que hoy se hace a mano — sin depender de que ingeniería te desbloquee cada vez.

Lo que harás (funciones clave)

Vigilar la integridad del pipe de adquisición a diario y detectar la fuga silenciosa antes que nadie.
Diagnosticar fallos de tracking y atribución (postbacks, click IDs, ventanas) y coordinar su arreglo entre equipos.
Interrogar los datos con SQL para reconciliar gasto, conversiones y atribución por operador y afiliado.
Automatizar reportes y flujos de reconciliación con herramientas no-code (N8N) y conectando APIs.
Ser dueño del onboarding de operadores nuevos y mantener la documentación viva para que el conocimiento no dependa de una persona.

Qualifications

3+ años en performance marketing / paid media / adtech, con experiencia real en el sector iGaming o apuestas.
Dominio de tracking de conversiones y atribución: postbacks/S2S, click IDs (gclid), pixels, GTM, ventanas de atribución.
Experiencia con Google Ads y/o Meta Ads a nivel de medición y conversiones.
SQL intermedio imprescindible: consultas, joins, agregaciones — buena parte del rol es interrogar los datos por tu cuenta.
Nociones de desarrollo aplicadas al marketing: leer/dialogar sobre APIs y webhooks, y automatizar con herramientas tipo N8N.

Requirements

Trackers de afiliados (RedTrack, Voluum, AnyTrack) y affiliate networks (CellXpert, Income Access, NetRefer).
BI / dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Grafana) y algo de scripting (Python/JS) para automatizar tareas.
Haber sido "el que descubrió que un número llevaba meses mal" y montó el check para que no se repita.
