Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead and elevate our marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned A/E/C marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with technical teams, and can independently manage complex pursuits, communications, and brand initiatives. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting GRI's continued growth and visibility throughout the region. Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, coordination, and production of proposals, SOQs, presentations, interview materials, resumes, project sheets, and other client facing marketing collateral.
- Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, coordination of deliverables, and quality control for pursuits from kickoff through submission.
- Partner closely with technical staff and leadership to develop compelling pursuit strategies, messaging, and differentiators.
- Support and coordinate business development initiatives, including opportunity tracking, CRM management, market research, and client engagement activities.
- Lead planning and execution for conferences, sponsorships, industry events, client appreciation events, and networking opportunities.
- Represent GRI at industry organizations and events to support relationship-building and brand visibility.
- Coordinate and contribute to GRI's digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, blogs, newsletters, award submissions, and public relations initiatives.
- Help maintain and evolve GRI's brand standards, templates, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Coordinate production and inventory management for branded materials, promotional items, signage, and marketing resources.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing staff and support cross-functional collaboration across offices and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, processes, and efficiencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred 5+ years of marketing/proposal coordination experience within the A/E/C industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex proposals and managing multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of business development and pursuit processes within the professional services or consulting industry.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a desire to contribute to company growth.
- Valid driver's license is required.

This role is in-office for the first six months to support training, mentorship, and relationship-building. After that time, employees may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (minimum three days per week in the office), based on performance, role responsibilities, and manager discussion.
