Overview Project Control Analyst (PCA) Tampa, FL Job ID: 2026-7113 Category: Finance / Accounting Responsibilities Manages project control activities for complex programs or multiple projects, with responsibility for cost, schedule, and scope tracking. Leads a team of project control staff, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and providing training and performance feedback. Sets up projects in the accounting system, prepares and reviews budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances, and drives corrective actions with project managers. Ensures compliance with contract and company requirements and oversees contract closeout. Other duties as required. Qualifications Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret clearance. 4+ years of experience providing project control, program finance, cost analysis, or a similar role in support of DOD contracts. 4+ years of experience using government accounting and/or project control systems (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, MS Project, or equivalent platforms). Ability to interpret and analyze program performance metrics. Experience preparing financial reports and dashboards. Desired Qualifications Possess a current CCE/CCP certification or an equivalent DOD financial management certification. Active U.S. Government issued Secret clearance. Education High School Diploma.
