Our estate planning law firm is seeking a skilled Intake and Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of seminars, client appreciation events, community outreach efforts, and professional networking functions, as well as handling incoming calls and responding to client inquiries. This role plays a key part in enhancing our firm's presence in the community and building lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while delivering a polished and professional experience.
