Wir suchen ab sofort einen Data & Business Intelligence Manager (w/m/d), der mit analytischem Scharfsinn, technischem Know‑how und Teamgeist die Datenqualität verbessert, Prozesse automatisiert und das Management mit fundierten Analysen und Berichten unterstützt. Deine Aufgaben Du bringst Deine mehrjährige Erfahrung als Data Engineer im Business‑Intelligence‑Team auf Group‑Ebene ein und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung einer Business‑Intelligence-Plattform. Du führst eigenständig Anforderungsanalysen durch, implementierst robuste ETL/ELT‑Prozesse sowie wiederverwendbare Datenpipelines und stellst die Datenqualität sicher. Du leistest einen maßgeblichen Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Datenqualität und Automatisierung der FUTRUE‑Gruppe. Du bist verantwortlich für die Verprobung und Validierung von Ergebnissen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen. Du erstellst Unterlagen für das Top‑Management und präsentierst Deine Ergebnisse in Management‑Meetings. Dein Profil Du hast Dein Studium im Bereich der Mathematik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang abgeschlossen und verfügst über Basiswissen im Bereich Data & Business Intelligence. Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität. Du beherrschst (T‑)SQL auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau (Komplexe Joins, Window‑Funktionen) und nutzt Python (z.B. Pandas) routiniert für Datenverarbeitung; mit SQL Server hast Du produktive Erfahrung. Du verfügst über erste Kenntnisse im Bereich der automatischen Datenverarbeitung / Orchestrierung von Workflows und hast idealerweise bereits mit Azure Synapse Analytics gearbeitet. Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, arbeitest sorgfältig und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, Dich in neue Tätigkeitsfelder einzuarbeiten. Du zeichnest Dich durch eine transparente und klare Kommunikation aus und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1‑Level).
