Overview Our client is a global investment firm that manages diverse assets across private equity, real estate, and credit markets. Known for its large-scale operations, it partners with institutional and private investors to deliver long-term returns. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and review of the 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings Ensure SEC filings include all required disclosures Ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund’s financial statements Manage the communication with internal and external auditors Oversee SOX controls and documentation Assist with preparing audit committee materials Responsible for all required fund regulatory reporting Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 10-15 years of public/private accounting experience SEC reporting experience required Experience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry preferred CPA required Salary Range $150,000 – $220,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
