Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care in the ICU/CCU setting.
- Implement direct clinical care to assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality and safe nursing care in accordance with facility standards.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining competency of clinical staff and resource management.
- Monitor and report on patient conditions and outcomes.
