Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types and locating merchandise; and resolves member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; identifies roadblocks and assists in training associates. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; implements related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicates progress; determines and recommends improvements; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties and feedback. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time periods. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service Food Handler Certification.
