The opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Delivery Lead to join our growing Marketing Transformation team. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with top-tier organizations to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Adobe cross platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing business process optimization, the suite of Adobe personalization platforms, and key integrations, combined with strong leadership, sales, and strategic thinking capabilities. Your key responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales, management, and successful delivery of complex Adobe-enabled transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for Adobe related processes, solutions, and projects, with accountability for revenue growth, solution quality, and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle, from shaping and winning pursuits to delivering high-impact outcomes. Actively manage pipeline, lead strategic pursuits, and position differentiated solutions that incorporate AI and emerging capabilities to drive client value. Define, design, and implement scalable Adobe solutions to support marketing requirements. Leverage leading practice methods and techniques to define Adobe solutions. Design and manage integrations between Adobe’s platform suite and other platforms. Utilize APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience. Establish overall standards for Adobe configuration and implementation. Define and refine our estimating framework for cross platform Adobe projects. Provide thought leadership on leading capabilities and how to leverage AI as part of an implementation. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation. Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI. Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, you will need deep insight into transformation architecture through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership, and foster innovation. You will also need experience leading the sales and delivery of engagements, by owning program and project management and delivery Additional key responsibilities include: Leading engagement delivery. Driving new pursuits and expansion opportunities Accountable for program/project management. Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions. Leading client engagements from planning to execution and closure. Regular travel as needed by external clients. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred. Typically, no less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation. Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP Significant knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing leading practices, processes, and technologies to drive customer-centric solutions while reinventing marketing strategy and operating models. Proven ability to lead pursuits and support business development across the sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, solutioning, and deal closure. Experience working in marketing, customer-driven, and/or growth projects within technology, telecom, media/entertainment, or consumer products/retail industries. Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports. Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, actively mentoring junior consultants. A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 50-80% both domestically and internationally. Previous experience in technology consulting, specifically on the Adobe suite. Significant experience working in a configuration and architect role. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
