We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused IT Business Analyst to serve as the critical liaison between executive leadership, business units, and Information Technology teams. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business departments, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business priorities.
- Translate business goals into actionable technology requirements and project initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Present technical concepts, project updates, and solution recommendations in business-friendly language.
- Translate technical terminology, system capabilities, and project impacts into understandable terms for leadership teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and IT systems.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
