We’re Hiring! Full-Time A/R, A/P & Payroll Accounting Clerk
Do you enjoy keeping things organized and balancing every account? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our busy, award-winning, design and manufacturing team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time hybrid position with 4 days in office and 1 day remote. If you’re great with numbers, love checking things off your to-do list, and don’t mind wearing a few different hats, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable
- Code and enter vendor bills
- Process payments and review vendor accounts
- Keep vendor records up to date and organized
Accounts Receivable
- Create and send customer invoices
- Process incoming payments and send monthly statements
- Handle collections and account reconciliations
Banking & Financials
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare bank deposits
- Assist with weekly and monthly financial reports
Payroll & HR Support
- Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Support HR with timekeeping and basic employee communications
General Office and Accounting Support
- Work with our off-site CPA during tax prep and year-end close
- Help with financial reporting and data entry as needed
- Manage filing, and help keep the office organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing experience a plus!)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Business Central Accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks is also helpful
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well with a small, hands-on team
