Marketing Coordinator

Overview Full Time, On-Site (Taunton, MA) Join Our Team As the Marketing Coordinator for Mechanics Cooperative Bank, the ideal candidate will play an integral key role in supporting the Bank’s marketing strategy through campaign coordination, creative design, digital marketing, community engagement, event coordination, and brand management. Working closely with the Vice President, Director of Marketing, this position helps ensure a consistent and professional brand experience across all customer touchpoints while coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, special projects, and departmental initiatives. This role is well suited for a highly organized, creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented marketing professional who possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting the Bank’s commitment to exceptional service and community engagement. What You’ll Do Support the planning, executing, and evaluating of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, advertising, and community outreach channels. Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud while maintaining the Bank’s brand standards. Coordinate creative projects with printers, agencies, and other external vendors. Assist with the planning and execution of community events, sponsorships, and employee engagement initiatives including setup, staffing, and occasional evening and weekend attendance. Create, schedule, monitor, and maintain engaging content across the Bank’s social media platforms. Maintain marketing assets, branded merchandise, promotional inventory, branch collateral, and digital marketing materials. Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, executive presentations, and supporting materials for Marketing Committee and Board meetings. Conduct market research and monitor marketing trends to identify new opportunities and best practices. Collaborate with departments across the Bank to support strategic initiatives and ensure consistent branding and communication. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related experience in the financial service industry. One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, or related field. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Working knowledge of WordPress content management system (CMS). Proficient working with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience working in both Windows and macOS environments. Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for design, branding, typography, and visual communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering high-quality work. Experience with photography and videography are a plus. Banking or financial service experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for community events and business needs. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of bank events and community initiatives. Able to lift and transport up to 30 pounds. Why Mechanics Cooperative Bank?
