Real Estate Paralegal

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Paralegal opportunity with a well-established Real Estate Law Firm located in Boca Raton, FL.


The Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Open and manage title files for residential and commercial properties from contract to closing.
• Review contracts and legal documents to include Leases and sale agreements, easements, deeds, and title-related documents.
• Order and review title commitments, lien searches to include UCC, zoning reports, payoffs, and surveys.
• Clear all title matters.
• Communicate regularly with realtors, buyers, sellers, and lenders.
• Respond to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with referral partners by providing responsive, reliable service that supports continued business.
• Prepare closing packages and maintain organized files.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• 5+ years of experience handling residential and commercial files.
• Ability to handle complex Commercial files.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• Qualia software experience.

Salary Range: $75000 - $85000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
