Trust and Estates Administration Paralegal Locations: New York, NY Hackensack, NJ Must-Have: 5+ years paralegal experience in trust and estate administration. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a deep understanding of estate and trust administration processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of estate and trust administration , including probate filings and court procedures Prepare federal and state estate tax returns , fiduciary accountings , and related documents Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants Handle asset distributions , trust funding , and real estate deed work Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements (NJ, NY, FL probate knowledge is a plus) Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration Strong mathematical and communication skills Proficiency in estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs , and Microsoft Word Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (JD/paralegal candidates will also be considered) Competitive salary based on experience Salary range: $76,500 – $162,500 Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off If you're a motivated and knowledgeable paralegal ready to contribute to a collaborative and respected Trusts & Estates team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career.
