Job Overview A law firm seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their remote team based in Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful cases and collaborate with a supportive team, all while working remotely. Duties Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations. Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies. Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation. Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction. Maintain strong, consistent communication with clients. Requirements 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Active Ohio Bar license; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred. Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active Ohio Bar license. Skills Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload remotely. Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.
