Proven Expertise: Strong background in mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM/DB2, and online applications with at least 5+ years of hands-on development experience.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on mainframe applications experience working with COBOL, JCL. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with DB2 and CICS required. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in development project life cycle activities and maintenance projects. Experience working on web based applications. Proven experience creating and deploying stored procedures in DB2 (required). In-depth Systems Analysis experience required (required). Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (required). Strong written and verbal communication skills (required). May need to work some on-call hours to support application/production (hours will be adjusted so rule out overtime). Ability to work within a diverse, co-located, multi-cultural and multiple stakeholder environment. Extra Credit: Experience in Retail domain. Experience and desire to work in a multi-region delivery environment.
