Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug mainframe applications to resolve issues and enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices for mainframe development.
Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
