We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on expertise in COBOL-based application development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise environments and supporting large-scale mainframe systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications.
- Work with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS in batch and online environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and Business Analysts.
