Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and may involve floating between units, including mother-baby care. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with labor and delivery, including both low-risk and high-risk cases
Provide postpartum care to mothers and newborns
Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
Educate patients and families on care and recovery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Current RN license (Compact license preferred)
Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP
Experience with Epic charting system
Preferred: Previous charge nurse experience
