The Heights of Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing services team and work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure compliant, high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing care plans, and coordinating daily operations in a long-term care setting. Must have an RN license and strong regulatory knowledge.
