As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by overseeing the nursing department and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a team of licensed nurses and nurse aides to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient care, satisfaction, and quality of life.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning among nursing staff.

• Develop and manage the nursing budget, including inventory management and staffing schedules.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field .

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills .

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment .
