Nursing Manager(RN) - Cath Lab - Hospital Setting

Position Overview: Responsible for the 24-hour management of the Cath Lab unit, ensuring that patient care meets established standards of care and clinical excellence. This role requires leadership in operational efficiency, quality improvement, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Direct the daily operations of the Cath Lab, providing oversight to nursing and technical staff. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and procedural outcomes. Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support a high-performing unit. Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics. Provide mentorship and education to staff to promote professional growth. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a Cath Lab or cardiovascular setting. One (1) to two (2) years of progressive management experience. Licenses/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to manage complex clinical workflows and prioritize patient safety.
