Registered Nurse (RN)Community Access Services is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team part-time. In this role, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Salem and Portland areas as they work toward greater health, independence, and inclusion.If you're a licensed nurse who values person-centered care, enjoys working across communities, and wants to make a lasting impact in the lives of the people we support, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:Deliver high-quality, person-centered healthcare to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesEnsure all medical treatments, therapies, and physician's orders are implemented and monitored as directedDevelop and maintain individualized assessments, health care plans, and medical protocols tailored to each person's unique needsCollaborate with the ISP team to identify the need for additional healthcare services (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietary support)Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policiesProvide training and ongoing support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on delegated nursing tasks in line with OSBN regulations and CAS procedures (e.g., G-tube care, insulin administration, glucose monitoring)Support continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals servedModel professionalism, ethical standards, and respect in all communications and relationships with individuals, families, and team membersWhat We're Looking for in a Registered Nurse:Active Oregon RN license in good standingExperience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferredClear and compassionate communicator with strong organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable working independently across multiple locations in Marion CountyCompensation & Perks:Hourly Rate: $42.07–$46.88, depending on experienceFlexible schedule within part-time hoursAccess to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – free and confidential support for you and your householdAnd More!This is a part-time, non-benefited position up to 20 hours per week, but it offers flexibility, support, and the chance to work for a mission-driven organization making a real impact in the community.
