Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.

Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations.

Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Support a positive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.

Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Current CPR and ACLS certification preferred.
