to join its growing practice. Founded in 1999, this group medical practice is deeply rooted in the community and operates out of a recently remodeled, state-of-the-art office with excellent physician and IT support.

Position Overview

• 
  Outpatient-only primary care with on-site physician support

Compensation

• 
  $160,000 base salary in the first year with a guaranteed 4% annual increase
  
  



• 
  $180,000 base salary for NPs with 2+ years of primary care experience
  
  



• 
  Low threshold for productivity bonus estimated at $24,000$48,000 annually
  
  



• 
  $10,000 bonus for a two-year contract (paid after year one with commitment to year two)
