Job Description

• 
  Directly supervise QC Inspectors and QA Technicians on the shop floor
  
  



• 
  Support manufacturing operations from a quality and compliance standpoint
  
  



• 
  Oversee incoming inspection and finished product release activities
  
  



• 
  Ensure calibration programs and inspection equipment remain compliant
  
  



• 
  Maintain a strong, visible presence on the production floor
  
  



• 
  Partner cross?functionally to resolve quality issues and drive improvements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Supervisor should have:

• 
  Minimum 2 years supporting a quality team in a regulated environment
  
  



• 
  Prior supervisory or team?lead experience strongly preferred
  
  



• 
  Hands?on, floor?focused leadership style
  
  



• 
  Experience in cleanroom manufacturing is a plus
  
  



• 
  Familiarity with quality systems and ISO standards
  
  



• 
  Associate degree acceptable; Bachelor's degree preferred
