Position Summary Click Insurance is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Insurance Producer to lead business development efforts and manage complex client relationships. This role is responsible for driving new revenue growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering sophisticated insurance solutions for mid-market to large accounts based on experience. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success, deep industry expertise, and the ability to navigate high-value, consultative sales cycles. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new revenue and expand market presence Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of mid-market and large commercial accounts through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by assessing complex risk exposures and designing customized Property & Casualty insurance solutions Lead the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing Structure and present sophisticated insurance programs, including layered and multi-line coverage solutions Focus on maximizing outcomes through existing agency pipelines, centers of influence, and lead sources to drive inbound agency business and strengthen internal sales channels. Collaborate with underwriting, carriers, and internal teams to deliver competitive and comprehensive proposals Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term retention and account growth Mentor junior producers and contribute to overall team development and sales strategy Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetite, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting large accounts Consistently meet or exceed high-level revenue and production goals Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license 10–15+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong focus on commercial and/or large accounts Demonstrated success in generating and closing high-value business opportunities Deep understanding of complex insurance structures, risk management, and coverage design Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills Proven ability to operate independently while contributing to broader business strategy High level of professionalism, business acumen, and client-first mindset Preferred Qualifications Established book of business or strong network within target industries Experience working with mid-market to large commercial clients across multiple industries Leadership or mentorship experience within a sales organization Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth and account retention Opportunity for equity or leadership advancement (as applicable) Comprehensive health benefits and paid time off Ongoing professional development and industry training We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
